One session. Three portraits.
Three portraits. Three styles. One single session. One model. That is the art of turning a shoot into a true custom creation. During this session with Beatriz, we built three completely different universes — each designed to reveal a unique facet of her personality:
- A signature black & white, sculpted with deep, worked lighting for an timeless and cinematic result.
- A bright, precise and elegant beauty portrait, where every detail of makeup and skin shaping is highlighted by controlled lighting.
- A modern and vibrant portrait on a colored background, capturing the model’s full energy and natural joy.
Behind these three images is a precise methodology:
- Professional makeup, harmonized with the light and skin tone.
- Posing direction to create a different presence for each mood.
- Light control to ensure optimal quality from the first shot, without artifices.
That is exactly what excites me about portraiture: the ability to tell multiple stories in one session. Three moods, three emotions, three universes… while staying true to the authentic personality of the photographed person.
